This is in addition to extending customer service hours into the evenings for the past week. Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - Grand Bahama Power Company understands the decision of our regulators, GBPA, to conduct an audit of our billing procedures and fuel surcharge costs. We recognize that recent fuel costs have been higher than usual. Freeport, Bahamas - During a routine onsite check of tools in preparation
for a job assignment, GBPC linesmen Keith Knowles and Arthur Spenser
discovered a baby Northern American Mocking bird nesting inside a piece
of equipment called a tension machine. They were getting ready to transport the machine to a job location, when an examination of the equipment revealed the distraught baby bird.
